There are plenty of dieting tricks but there really isn't an easy fix. You could find all these "easy" and "quick" online but if you actually want to be healthy you have to actually work and put in effort. Here are some dieting tricks that will help you on your way to staying healthy, but remember that starving yourself is just as unhealthy as over eating, and a diet is far different from a "Cleanse".
Don't eat after dinner. Eating after dinner is usually not because you are hungry but because you are craving sugar. If you tough through not eating after dinner eventually your body will adjust and won't expect food after dinner and won't send signs to your brain that it's hungry.
Don't eat just to eat. Sometimes people just eat because something sounds good to them at that specific time. If you think you want to eat something ask yourself, "would I eat an apple right now?" if the answer is no then you probably aren't hungry and don't need to eat whatever it is you were about to eat.
Try drinking more water. Yes you will add water weight but body weight isn't always a good representation of how healthy you are. There are many many many health benefits to staying hydrated, but concerning dieting you won't be as hungry and won't eat as much while snacking in between meals if you are sipping on water.
Make your snacking healthy. France is one of the healthiest countries worldwide and they eat small portions often. Keeping fruit in your locker at school or bringing fruit to work to snack on is a very healthy way to fill you up.
Brush your teeth after meals. Brushing your teeth after eating will make you less likely to eat again soon and your oral hygiene will be much better.
Eat using the feudalism rule. For breakfast eat like a king. For lunch eat like a knight. For dinner eat like peasant. Eat the most for breakfast and the least for dinner so that way you don't gain weight while sleeping because you ingested 2,000 calories for your dinner.
